YoYofficer has a new budget model releasing worldwide on Saturday, October 25th. The Pause will retail for only $26, and looks to be a pretty bare-bones player model…no frills, just a solid yoyo that you can beat up without regret. Releasing this weekend at Czech Nationals, it will hit all of your favorites stores soon. Check out their press release, specs, and video of it out in action below!
Yoyofficer Pause is the brainchild of the predecessor YoYofficer Crayon. Based on its shape, Pause is a undersized yoyo which is fairly light to play on the spec sheet. However, do not let the spec sheets fool you. It packs a punch!
Undersized yoyos are made to squeeze through those tight triangles and complex tricks you created. Pause is that perfect yoyo to do just that job. The shape is rounded but still maintaining the low wall for those stable spins during play and wide catch zone for safe landing of tricks.
But Pause is not just good competitive yo-yo, it’s mainly really fun pocket throw! It can transfer from fast high-scoring tricks into slow and relaxed play in the blink of eye. And its lower weight ensure nonfatigue play for long time. Pause will quickly grow on you and you will carry it everywhere.

The YoYofficer Orbis is big, wide, and built for modern play. This full-sized yoyo features heavy rim-weight for long spins and great stability, a concave side area for finger spin tricks, and an angled and minimized response wall for long spin times and horizontal play. The Orbis design is pretty much a “greatest hits” of all of the design elements that modern players demand for competition-grade yoyos, and with a budget price of only $50! Yoyofficer has made a name for themselves with high performance at low prices, and the Orbis is the latest model to uphold that ideal.
YoYofficer creates budget models for modern players, but they don’t cut corners on their anodizing. The color and finish quality on their yoyos is fantastic, and some of the best we’ve seen coming out of China factories. Multi-color fades and splashes are done well, and their color choices look great in the hand and while spinning. The Orbis doesn’t have any engraving, making it a no-frills yoyo built for players, not collectors.
The Orbis hits shelves for only $50, making it a great deal for players looking for that perfect competition yoyo for their play style. The Orbis is a great player for the price, and is a great option for 1A and 5A players.
Want to win the Yoyofficer Orbis shown above? Just comment on this post and tell us why you deserve it! We’ll pick one lucky winner on Friday, October 24th at Noon EST. Good luck!
Congratulations to our winner, Jason!

Introducing the Yoyofficer ORBIS.
Design of the Orbis is based on feedback from our team and mainly on many long talks with players from all around the world, that we met at the World Yoyo Contest. When we combined this great feedback with our designs, we created one of the best yo-yos we have ever made.
The specifications meets today‘s standards for competition throws, with almost full-size diameter and more width. We really focused on weight distribution, to achieve lower weight for better feel and faster play, while keeping good stability and spin timeAs always, Orbis comes in range of acid wash finishes with bead-blasted surface. And it will be shipped with our new premium bearing.

YoYofficer and Barely Legal have released a new collaboration yoyo, called “Nifty”. This might well be the first collaboration between a Chinese manufacturer and a European brand, and it looks pretty good. The video features Barely Legal team members Robert Kučera, Zdeněk Hýbl, Adam Hutchinson, Daniel Hotový, and Ondřej Dolejš.
Check out pics, specs, and full details below.
Barely Legal is small Czech brand, run by Czech national champion Robert Kucera and former CLYW team member Zdenek Hybl. Yoyofficer joined forces with Barely guys to make our first collaboration model, NIFTY!
Nifty was designed in close cooperation between our two companies and than manufactured by Yoyofficer, to ensure great build quality, beautiful colors and smooth blasted surface.
We all love Nifty’s performance, it offers great combination of lower weight and powerful spin. It can play really fast and agile, but still has good stability and spin time for long combos. And thanks to open stepped V-shape, landing tricks is as easy as it gets.Nifty is beautiful design, competition beast that is yet really fun to play and costs just 70$!
