Matyáš is one of the best up and coming players in the Czech Republic/probably the world and Tony is his biggest fan. He was probably more excited to offer him a team spot in person than Matyáš was to get on the team. They made this ridiculously adorable video with the moment, the hug, and the Christmas Day unboxing vibes. Excited to see him continue to create dense and visually appealing tricks for 1000 more years.
