One throw freestyles have been a thing for as long as there have been 1-minute qualifying rounds, but now we’re hitting the point where people are doing 2-minutes on a throw and it’s melting my brain. Paul Harness is super dope.

Marcus Koh – 1 Throw ft. Kaiser
World YoYo Champion Marcus Koh gives us a clean 1-throw video with the Kaiser, the latest release from his company Throw Revolution. Something I noticed that I wasn’t expecting…that silver ring that’s engraved in the cup? It actually pops more than you would expect while the yoyo is in motion. I kept catching little flashes off it while he was playing, and the effect was unexpected and interesting. Nice work, Marcus!

Luckey Li – Single Throw
Canadian yoyo player Luckey Li gives us a SOLID one-throw video with the KingYoStar Faith. The throw itself is amazing, but it’s even better that he’s doing it in the middle of a fast food restaurant…all that distraction and he still jams out a burly single throw video. Nice!
Magne Sætran – Ocelot (One Throw)
Some more trick goodness from Magne Sætran! This time it’s a single-throw video featuring a very undersized yoyo, the prototype Ocelot by revived Czech company, Floutek. No idea on specs but it looks ridiculously small…maybe even smaller than the C3YoYoDesign Token? In any event, it’s nice to see Magne Sætran take a break from his usual precision and have some fun fighting his equipment. Chaos style yoyoing! String used is by YoYoStringLab.
