In the last year or so, there has been a surge of interest in a skill toy called Begleri in the last year. Begleri consists of one or more beads at either end of a short string or fine chain. The toy can be flipped and twirled around the fingers to perform tricks. MonkeyfingeR was definitely where I first saw it. Now they are starting up their own Begleri team. Monkeyfinger – Prime8

Monkeyfinger’s newest design, the Prime8, will be available Friday, December 9th! Check out their press release and specs below!

We are excited to introduce you to our first yoyo release of 2016 that we have dubbed the Prime8. This yo-yo is the signature throw created in cooperation with MonkeyfingeR team captain Tyler Jorgensen.

Utilizing a comfortable H/O-type hybrid design, it is both stable and fast. This design allows the Prime8 to perform a wide range of tricks while maintaining its momentum. Additionally, the cup design features not one but two inner thumb grind rings!

The Prime8 will be initially available in five different colours:

The Seasoned Traveler is part of the Traveling Throw project, where a single yoyo is sent around the world for various players to use and film. The Seasoned Traveler is a second yoyo that is being sent to notable pros and sponsored players, while the Traveling Throw is open to anyone.
