The latest releases from German-based iYoYo are a titanium monometal and a titanium/steel bi-metal. Huge jumps for a small company! Check out pics and full specs below…both models are available now!
This took us about 5 Prototypes before we got it, where I wanted it to be. You can feel our extensive effort the moment you open the beautiful black metal box.
Precisely machined Titanium with polished rims for that classy look. This thing’s got some power! Every single piece is hand tested and powered by a Pixel Bearing!
During my recent trip to China, I wanted to finish three projects.
This is one of them – the most difficult one.
When we were coming along with our 2nd Titanium yoyo, I knew I wanted to push it even further. I wanted to give a Bi-Tanium a shot.
So we sat down, went back to the CAD drawing board and used FiRROX as basis. Titanium, however, can be machined so much thinner that it allowed us to make most parts of the yo-yo half as thin as FiRROX’, and cramming it into the rim.
The result is such a powerful beast, I have rarely had something like that in my hands. TiSSOX was born.

CLYW and iYoYo have announced a new collaboration…but it’s a bearing, not a yoyo! Pixel Bearings are a collaborative release between the two companies that, unlike most collaborations, looks to be an ongoing project rather than a one-time release. Here are details from the CLYW website:
We’re excited to announce a new collaboration with iYoYo…Pixel Bearings!
We’ve always wanted our own special bearing. It’s one of those things…we always thought it would be neat to design a bearing that worked *a little bit better* in our return tops. Our friend Dave Geigle at iYoYo had an idea, and with some back-and-forth collaboration between him and Chris, Pixel Bearings were born!
Each Pixel Bearing features a series of eight steps, starting at the side walls and staggering down to the center of the bearing. This allows the string segments to micro-adjust and move past each other easily during complicated tricks. Eight steps…8-bit graphics…you see where we’re going with this. 😉
Pixel Bearings come lightly lubed from the factory. If you want your performance boost now, we recommend that you go ahead and clean the bearing before play. But if you’re patient, and willing to wait a bit longer, give it a single drop of your bearing cleaner of choice and then play it semi-responsive for a while and let the lube naturally break down over time. Could take days, could take weeks, but the end result will be a naturally broken-in bearing that plays crazy smooth with killer spin times.
Available soon at your favorite CLYW retailers!

iYoYo picked up a new team member…and announced a new offstring yoyo! Congrats to Quentin Godet on his new sponsorship, and congrats to iYoYo on picking up a European champion!
We are absolutely honored and stoked to announce our newest team member from France – 2 x European Offstring Champion Quentin Godet!
Quentin is all you could ask for in a player. He’s got the tricks, he’s got the performance – and most and foremost: he’s got the passion. You can see it in any of his moves how much he loves yoyoing!
Quentin helped us to test the AiR DiVE and was so stoked about it that he wanted to use it for his contests. From there, our decision was an easy one.
The new iYoYo Air Dive will be released this month, and should do well with a champ like Quentin backing it. Check out pics and full specs below.
