Pretty amazing to see a quadruple team announcement from yoyoing.ru! Enjoy some really good yoyoing from Leonid Nemchik, Lazar Medvedev, Sergey Bukanov, and Levon Chatian.

June 6th is known across the world as International Yo-Yo Day, but tonight we have something even more precious to celebrate. Four new names are announced to join the team we value the most, marking the biggest yoyoing.ru expansion in the last decade. Through the years we witnessed these players becoming the strongest representatives of modern Russian yo-yo scene; we were proud to see them growing into National champions, developing their own styles and mastering the play – and wish them to become a part of something bigger. Tonight four of our closest friends became teammates we are eager to share the future with. First Look: CLYW Pickaxe

CLYW has announced their first new model of 2018, the Pickaxe! Designed to be a kind of “mini Chief”, the shape and features are familiar, but at a 52mm diameter it’s a very different yoyo. From their site:

New players, take note: there is some truly wonderful trick pacing in this video, and learning how to slow your tricks down and still make them look interesting and appealing is a HUGE skill for you to master. When you can play at any speed and still have the same degree of smoothness and flow, you’ll find that it makes you an exponentially better yoyo player.
