This Friday, CLYW will finally release the Bonfire! Along with their new Winter 5-Panel Camper hat, this next part of CLYW’s new 2014 line will be available this Friday at 4pm (Mountain Time) only at CLYW.ca.
From CLYW:
I’m sure most of you guessed it, the design of the Bonfire is based off of the Campfire, but just … you know … BIGGER! We kept the same look, but under the hood it’s a different animal. The original Campfire was known for being a pocket throw that is super stable, quick and long spinning. The Bonfire is built for fun and flowing tricks. It’s floaty in all the right ways making it similar in play to the Peak and Chief. Ever since Chuck got one, he can’t put it down.
The Bonfire will be available in Part 2 of the 2014 Release, which will be dropping this Friday at 4pm (Mountain Time) at our store. Part 2 will include our new 5 Panels and the Bonfire. We’ve decided to split up the Bonfire and Puffin 2 due to time constraints with Christmas. So we’re going to be doing a Part 3, which will be scheduled for early/mid January and will include the Puffin 2 and more Yetis.
We’re currently working with FedEx on a better rate for shipping to the US, so that we can guarantee arrival on these before Christmas. Keep your fingers crossed for us!
Specs for the Bonfire are posted below, and if you missed our post about CLYW’s new 5-panel camper hats you can find it here.
Top: Black Bip Bop
2nd row (left to right): Clareview Station, Harrison Hurricane
3rd row (left to right): Black with Copper Speckles, Concrete Blizzard, Ash Berry
Bottom row (left to right): Solid Green, Red with Clear Splash, Solid Gold, 28 Stories

CLYW got in the first run of their new yoyo, the Bonfire, from their anodizers and from the first pics they’ve posted it looks like a winner! An upsized version of the Campfire, this new model is a signature throw for Charles Haycock nope, we were completely wrong on that one. We’ll post specs and a release date as soon as we get full details from CLYW.
CLYW also has two new 5-panel camper hats for winter, one made of grey wool and the other made of the same black nylon used in Canada Goose parkas. We’re assuming these will probably release the same time as the Bonfire. Both of these will only be available at CLYW.ca.

Save Deth has woken up from a long hiatus to release two new 5-panel caps!
The first is based on their popular “Stars” snapback that was released in 2010. It was met with overwhelming support, so much so that they quickly made a 2nd run! Now they’ve brought it back, this time in a 5 Panel “Camper” style. Staying true to the original look, both side panels have the stars arced across them with the square Save Deth mark on the front. Every hat is finished off with a signature colorbar tag.
The second design is the NHTI hat. The inspiration came from a thrift store find; a leather and corduroy hat that was pretty old and beat up, with NHTI branded into the leather. The hat lasted Seth for a while, but the brim finally cracked and it was retired. Ever since then, he’s wanted the same materials in a hat…and finally, he’s made one through Save Deth. This 5 panel camper hat features a leather front panel along with matching back strap, brass hardware and tan corduroy body. Finished with a Save Deth colorbar tag.
Both hats are available now, only at SaveDeth.com.

Top Row, L to R: Cosby Sweater (Pattern by Tressley Cahill), Palm Trees
Bottom Row, L to R: Black Bip Bop, Grey Bip Bop (Patterns by Jason Week)
CLYW is dropping some more 5-Panel caps soon, and this run looks to be just as amazing as the first! New patterns include Cosby Sweater, Palm Trees, and two versions of Bip Bop! According to CLYW, they changed the fit on these from the first run to make them fit slightly bigger, and make the crown a bit taller. All caps have an adjustable nylon back strap, are one-size-fits-most, and are made in Canada.
These new caps will retail for $40, and will be available at the 2013 World YoYoContest at the YoYoBestBuy booth, and online at YoYoExpert.com.
