The Guinness-certified World’s Largest YoYo is currently sitting in a barn in Richwood, Ohio…and it’s for sale.
Beth Johnson, builder of the 4,620 pound yoyo, decided to build the yoyo after undergoing surgery and chemotherapy for breast cancer in 2001.
The yoyo is 11 feet, nine inches in diameter and it took several years and failed attempts to get it to actually work. After three failed attempts in Jacksonville, Florida, the Johnsons towed the yoyo back to Ohio for one final attempt in Cincinnati. This last-ditch attempt proved successful, and Guinness officially recognized it as the largest working yoyo in the world.
No word on price for the giant yoyo, but supposedly Mrs. Johnson wants to tackle building the World’s Largest Skateboard next.
