Andrew Maider is back in another Cabin Tutorial, this one for his trick “Slap Triangles”. Which, if you like Green Triangles, is some pretty good stuff. So, maybe get on learning that.

General Yo just announced a new 19mm response pad, made of the same aerospace gasket silicone as their Hat Pads. This particular response has been pretty popular with General Yo fans for a while, so it’s nice to see them offering them in a size that fits a lot of other yoyos on the market.
Best part? They’re offering a free set to anyone who wants to try them. Send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (needs to be postmarked by 3/15/16, so hurry) to:

In the flurry of action with all of the players being added to yoyo teams lately, I nearly missed this one!
The YoYoing.ru team (that’s in Russia, for any of you who aren’t familiar) has just added one of the superstars of the Russian yoyoing scene…Ivan Maslin!
Apparently this team almost never adds new members, so this is a huge deal for the Russian yoyo community. Congratulations, Ivan!

Yay, we got another video featuring Daigo Komiya! This guy has been elusive lately, but it’s always great to see his 5A making an appearance again. Plus we get some more 1A from Ryosuke Kawamura…bonus!
Yoyos used are the One Drop Vanguard and Rebirth.

There are so many yoyo contests in the Czech Republic that if you stand in the city center and throw a rock, you will probably hit someone on their way to a yoyo contest.
I might be exaggerating. But one time I stood in the city center in Prague and threw a rock and I hit Petr Kavka, so at the moment I have a 100% success rate. Thanks, Prague. Sorry, Petr.

Yoshinori Kawamura drops a solid minute and a half of new repeaters (repeaters!) in this new video for One Drop. There are few things in yoyo life that I love more than a good repeater…there is just something to legitimately pure about smoothing out a short sequence to the point where it just effortlessly loops while you guide it on and on and on and on. It’s the closest I’ll ever come to meditation. Great work, Yoshinori!
