Here’s a burly new edit from top-notch kendama player, Keith Matsumura. In his words:
Kendama is a lot more than just a wooden Japanese toy. It is patience; it is excitement; it is frustration; it is new friendships. It’s a lifestyle wrapped up into a very unlikely object. I hope you enjoy these kendama tricks, but please watch remembering this: Kendama is about learning about yourself and your own abilities, and about creating new relationships with amazing people. Don’t ever think it is about being the best, because that could not be further from the truth. Enjoy!

Here’s something juggling is getting a lot of lately that is kind of inherently impossible with yoyos…completely new props. Juggling legend Greg Kennedy shows off some object manipulation concepting with two magnetic squares that he designed and built himself. It’s fascinating to watch the progression from absolute basic movement to the more complicated combinations that the video eventually ends with, and it’s a solid piece of inspiration for any yoyo players looking for new ideas in trick construction.
