Arata Imai puts it all out there with this fantastic session filmed just after the 2018 Asia-Pacific Championship. This guy never fails to amaze.
World YoYo Champion Marcus Koh shows off his clean, ultra-fast tricks and gives some background information on his latest bi-metal yoyo release in this new video. Always nice to get some backstory on the development of a new yoyo from a champ like Marcus!
Yoyo used is the Throw Revolution Zephyr II.
World YoYo Champion Marcus Koh gives us a clean 1-throw video with the Kaiser, the latest release from his company Throw Revolution. Something I noticed that I wasn’t expecting…that silver ring that’s engraved in the cup? It actually pops more than you would expect while the yoyo is in motion. I kept catching little flashes off it while he was playing, and the effect was unexpected and interesting. Nice work, Marcus!
Yoyo used is the Throw Revolution Kaiser.
Brian Low shot this fantastic video a while ago (but it was a school project and he couldn’t release it publicly, boo) and just released this alternate cut for us to enjoy. Featuring World YoYo Champion Marcus Koh and all the glorious black-and-white your little heart can handle.
The Recess boys are always on vacation! Check out the latest clip from Daniel Flaherty and Ahmad Kharisma, filmed in beautiful, sunny Singapore. Crazy good, as you would expect.

Brandon Vu has a habit of ending up in Singapore without knowing why. It happened last year, and it happened again recently. Someone needs to talk to Brandon about this whole “sleepwalking to the airport and buying a ticket to Singapore” deal.
Brandon Vu is in Singapore and he shot this fun video with MC extraordinaire Cheng (MAKE SOME NOISE) about how to make a quickie yoyo holster…using only yoyo string. Yay, arts and crafts!
We have another clip video from AP, this time from Brian Low, focusing less on tricks and more on the always fun and energetic atmosphere at AP!
Our good friend Ewin Ee from Malaysia put together a clip video from this year’s Asia Pacific Yo-yo Contest, with lots of great highlights from the contest and all the action off-stage as well!
Check out video of the Top Three finishers from the recent Something World contest in Singapore. Singapore legend Fajar Siddiq dropped a new video! Fajar made his name in the Singapore yoyo scene for being equal parts talented and insane, and it’s great to see him still throwing after more than 15 years in the game.
