The current Sweets roster has some incredible talent, but the first thing you need to do is skip ahead to 4:10, watch that a few times, realize you will never, ever hit it, and then go back and watch the entire video from the start.

Seriously, that whole sequence is EVERYTHING I love about object manipulation…the trick starts big, takes up a lot of space, and then drops to two technically baller moves that happen in an instant and are impossibly difficult.
