If you’ve been enjoying the top-notch vlogs from Ann Connolly and Ben Conde, we’ve got another one you’ll dig. Igor Galiev from YoYoFactory Russia is two episodes in and we’re already looking forward to more in the series. If the whole series ends up being Igor flying around and eating ramen, we are 100% on board for that. Check out the first two episodes below, and we’ll post more as they’re uploaded!
Episode 1 ft. Tatiana Ganikhina
Episode 2 ft. Rodrigo Yokota
Japanese EDM group Future Boyz (you might remember them from their appearance at the 2015 World YoYo Contest) just dropped a new video for their song “Throw Down with MK” and yeah…it’s a straight up yoyo video. The music video features Shaqler, because they are amazing, as well as stage footage of a pile of different players from the recent THROWDOWN contest in Japan. I’m always excited to see our scene get some love…huge thanks to Future Boyz for shining a light on some of the best players in our scene.
Recess finally dropped the new Komodo, a signature model for Indonesian yoyo champion Ahmad Kharisma! Players have been waiting patiently for the Komodo to be available and to celebrate the release we’ve got a new video from Recess team members Kenta Kushiro, Shota Saga, and Kazuki Morii.
Yoyo used is the Recess Komodo.
Congrats to Remy Baskin on picking up a sponsorship from Duncan Toys! Hope it’s a great opportunity for both parties. Congratulations, Remy!

Andrew Maider delivers the weekly Cabin Tutorial yoyo tutorial video from CLYW with this great original trick that should keep you busy for a minute. There are lots of great elements in here, so plenty to build your own tricks from.

Ann Connolly brings is a great look at the first day of the 2017 European YoYo Championship, held in Bratislava. If you couldn’t make it to the contest, this is a great look at what you missed. If you did make it to the contest, here’s a great excuse to reminisce.
Japan Technology’s newest offstring yoyo, the Gull Wing, looks like a real masterpiece of a design and they’re promoting it with one of the most beautiful and delicate offstring videos we’ve ever seen. I’m terrible at offstring, and this video makes me want to get up and work on it right. now.
