Josh Yee dropped a couple of his “Trick Moment” videos, featuring perennial favorites Michael Ferdico and Keiran Cooper, and they’re pretty awesome. In a rare moment of cosmic justice, it would appear that the music for Ferdico’s video actually matches his shirt, which we didn’t think was possible.
Ferdico is one of the most talented unsponsored players out there, super underrated and pretty awesome to hang out with. And Keiran’s spot on the Recess team is damn well deserved both for his tricks and his video work. Really, this is an awesome double feature. Thanks, Josh!

Isaac Nozick, one of the newest members of the CLYW team, just hit his 1.5 year anniversary of playing yoyo and he was too excited to wait until he got to the two year mark to celebrate! Check out some great tricks, neat concepts, and one lingering shot of Isaac gazing pensively into the river.

The YoYoFactory gang made their trip to EYYC as memorable as possible, starting with a side trip to Jordan before the contest. I’m sure we’ll get an official video from YoYoFactory soon, but for now we get to enjoy a look at the trip through Ann Connolly’s eyes. The most important part of the trip to any yoyo contest isn’t actually the yoyoing…it’s the adventures with your friends. And Ben. If you can bring Ben along for anything, it will be at least 35% better, I promise.

2013 World YoYo Champion Janos Karancz is one of those rare players who can straight up show everyone all his new tricks before a contest and not have to worry about anyone ripping them off. Because let’s be real here…we can’t do them. Sure, we might figure out a piece here or there, but Janos is a rare and truly unique talent in the modern yoyo scene and his tricks are pretty much untouchable. And hella fun to watch!
