CLYW team member Riccardo Fraolini once again rips a hole in the fabric of space and time with his absurdly beautiful yoyo tricks. This one, Game Boy Colour, is a little more accessible to other players but not so much that after learning it you aren’t gonna stay awake at night wondering: how the hell does he come up with this stuff?

This trick is not hard, but this trick is smooth. Really smooth. Alex Berenguel is one of those players who came up in the time between responsive and unresponsive yoyos, so he built his tricks around the idea that you could easily bust the hell out of your knuckles at any time. The results is a beautiful time capsule of how the best yoyo players in the world looked in the late 90s / early 2000s, and I’ll never get tired of watching it.
